Lukla flights allow you to carry up to 15 kg per person, including a duffel bag (main bag) and backpack. You can pay a few dollars more if that's not enough for you. Similarly, if you hire a porter, he will carry the duffel bag for the entire trip. So, be careful and pack accordingly.

Moreover, pack your backpack with the important things you need for the day. And put the remaining equipment and materials in the main backpack. Your gym bag should contain clothing, medications, additional shoes, and equipment.

Most of the time, the porter will also travel with you. But sometimes you will only meet them directly at the guest house. So, your main backpack should contain the things you need during the day.

The above women's packing list for the Everest Base Camp Trek (EBC Hike) may be incomplete or have some items missing. But, these are a list of basic equipment you will need to bring to make your trip go smoothly as a female.
